How it all started
Dave Colling started Rouge Smoked Foods in 2019. For years Dave has been making smoked foods for friends and family and one of the favorites has been his smoked pecans. The maple and sea salt smoked pecans have proved to be popular with everyone, people have described it as bacon without the bacon.
